Its time for a change, we need to get our self together and revive this beautiful community called Sokker England, we need to get involved into projects like the NT and U21, into friendly games and forum conversations....because if we don't, we will keep seeing the users drop.
We complain about bugs and features but we don't support our complains into the Bugs and Ideas Forum and then we ask...why aren't the developers changing this and that?
I want to be given a chance to stand as a U21 NT manager, to see if I can get more people involved into this game, and to try my best to also bring some results for England.
You all know me... crazy at times blabbering about stupid thing... spamming you with whatever idea I have... or just complaining about how I lost a game because of the Match Engine... but this only shown my involvement into this game...and my winning attitude.
I stand here asking for your votes without promising anything...just that I will try my best, and if we fail to deliver we will do it in style and having loads of fun.

I think you are right...but I also think that two people can be right when they speak about the same issue. That does not mean that I got inspired from his speech.

Opening a thread its not going to bring people to read it...and I wont be opening threads for the U21 to try getting people involved into this.
All U21 managers until now have done that...its like a tradition to let people know what is going on at the team.
I think a more personal approach would do it...but the how is my problem if I get elected...and if you guys win it ...I will gladly share my ideas with you at that time.
About the staff... I have a few friends in this game that will help me if I ask them.
However I will have to do all the hard work....and who knows me also knows I am up for it.
Everyone knows I am new to this...and I wont try to keep it a secret...however I am willing to learn and I think (and I say this sincerely) I spend too much time on this game. I am 24/7 on the computer and most of the time this browser is open...all that time spent here can be put to a good use at U21.

Let me give you the real reasons for electing me manager of the U21 England Team:
1. I have a professional, football looking user pic...imagine me on the sideline...Jose would be jealous.
2. I am new to the NT management, but experienced in sokker. I have been playing for a long time (This is my 3rd team).
3. Changing the way we communicate with our users and involving the hole community in the NT and U21 project is my main priority.
4. I will advise and keep in touch with the lower teams, so that they understand the importance of the youth system for the NT and U21, making sure they understand how the youth team works, how to run it and how to pick their talents, coaches, how to manage finances (which is tough for lower league teams).
5. I will also assist our less experienced users in training their youth.
6. How will I do all that? Using direct communication.
7. You will ask...did you ever train an NT or U21 player? No I didn't, but while teaching others I can also learn. How? Its simple...I can ask an experienced user that supports me, or the NT manager if I am not sure how to advice on training.
8. I spend a lot of time mailing users, we all know that I am the spam master, and I already have an "acquaintance" with most users...some of them got used with hearing from me from time to time.
9. I will also pay attention to international player trainers that supply the U21 with players, I will get to know them, try to become friends and keep a strong relationship with them.
10. I will try to limit and focus the U21 communication channels to specific forum topics, so that users easily find the way to inform us of a potential talent in their squad (not all users know how to update players in the NT database...I will teach them)
11. I will do all that, and more in the 6 to 12 hours a day that I spend on this game.

I do not think candidates are allowed to post in eachothers election threads. But then again I`m not a mod and it`s none of my business ;)
1) My staff is made up of all the experienced users that are backing the NT and U21 regardless of who the manager is, and their experience is huge when it comes to any aspect of sokker. If you are asking about scouting ...I will do most of the hard work myself...got nothing better to do.

People that have been here forever (from my point of view) like the ones in the Premier League...do you think they would not answer a help calling mail if the U21 NT manager (regardless who that is) would ask them a question regarding the U21. This team and community lives from the support of the experienced users. I got thought how to play this game by them by people like Muhajir and Daza101 who helped me understand how to play at a higher level when I first promoted into III and also supported me on my first relegation with backing messages about trying again and not getting disappointed. By people like the ones that supported tcd_uk this season in his fight to avoid relegation, and this my friend is what this community is about...and the accumulated experience and communication level can make a perfect U21 team management system.
I want to be the manager on paper but the real manager will be all users willing to help this team.
