Let me ask my voters and haters a question:

Who do you want our U21 to play friendlies against? Name the country but think of ratings at the same time :).

sweden, or the auld enemy scotland :P .. maybe arrange like a 5 nations friendly league. a uk shield??

Since I've been asked who will help me, who is my staff composed of I will now list my outside support (the English users don't need mentioning because they support the team not necessary the manager ...but I do want to thank them)

I have as a scout and assistant greuceanu
Then as a tutor to teach me the ropes Lord Legolas is the U21 Romania Manager who is ranked 2nd in the world.

I am sure I can learn a lot from them.

Your "tutor" is the guy who HASN'T BE ABLE to beat Canada u21 (23° in the ranking) in 2 matches!

Well he is teaching me the basics not doing the tactics... but I am not going to comment on his skills as I don't think they can be debated here...he still won the group...and Canada came second.

Its funny that only the runners and outsiders debate over those elections... we need to revive this forum :)

I repeat:

He's a guy who couldn't beat Canada, who is sooo much lower than Romania, so he doesn't give you any help in the elections :P

I wont even comment on that...its plain rude...

I didn't ask for his help in the elections...that is why I did not post him from the beginning, I asked for his help in team management, scouting advices and other stuff...however the man has done you no harm and I cant see why you are picking on him like that... this shows a lot about your character but I wont comment on this any more...he is my tutor and I don't care about what results he had against Canada.
I will finish by repeating this...I did not ask him to help me get elected...I asked him to help me in case I get elected! (the poor fellow is not even reading these posts so if you have something to say to him about his skills I suggest you sk-mail him instead of acting brave here).

Qstarw was so kind to invite me to join his staff. After I saw his project for England U21 I accepted.
Let me introduce myself.
I'm a member of Romanian NT staff since 2011-10-24, being in charge with mids (to discover promising players,to place them in proper teams for their future development, to suggest a proper training schedule and evento train them by myself). So, you may find in here my little contribution too.
Qstarw explained me his project of building a strong U21 English team and I accepted this challenge.
But, irrespective who'll be the next U21 coach and irrespective who'll be in his staff, the most important thing will be your support

Three times in a row, Romania U21 won medals. During this time, we lost matches of low importance. But we never failed in qualifying. That's our strategy and it's working.
