Subject: [U21] mansid

I tried for this a few seasons back , i think i came 2nd in the voting behind daza.
I love sokker and will take the job very seriously.
I am looking for more experience to maybe get the full England job one day (was thinking of going for that but think i would fall short on votes)

Even if I am running for the same job...I must say that if I was not running I would support you.
I think the simple fact that you get involved and that you try shows that you are serious.
I hope you give me and all the other runners a good run for it.

The fact that you have been playing since 2007, do you think that gives you an edge over your rivals for the U21 job?

If so, how do you think that will actually help you in this election?

Cheers Troy, yes well hopefully people will see that and vote for me :)

I would make sure people are training properly as so to get the best possible youths through , and then keep training them properly all the way into the England squad ,as i have done with Kirk Vale (22yo) a future England star no doubt.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but how do I train my players properly?

For instance to get in the 1st team id want 2 defensive mids so they need Excelllent def(train to outstanding) excellent pm , & excellent passing ,bit less speed would be a ok for these 2 chaps , with wingers training pace tech & passing only, and making sure that they have great coaches.
