That is a great price, I am bidding on a slightly better player a year younger. Already higher in price now.

I'm bidding on no one as 1.5m doesn't really buy me any player that can improve my team!

I haven't got huge money but enough for one or two upgrades to aging players while I wait for my trainees to come through.

I was not online for the other player and lost out, he ended up going for a better price imo than BR's defender. Bit gutted about that tbh.....it does prove BR got a good price for his player though.

I don`t ever see me having three million quid. When you rarely buy or sell anyone you have to depend on the gate receipts and they are not what they used to be and costs have gone up to the point where without a cup run I don`t break even.

I agree there is definitely a difference in revenues these days. They have tried to lose inflated prices and I feel they have gone the polar opposite way. Teams should be able to be self sufficient and not make a loss.
