Fair enougth. Now the important question what stats would he need to be worth the 56k?

With the transfer market the way it is in the first 5 weeks of the season you would do well to get anyone to improve your team for under £100k imo. The player you have bought is, imo, far too old to improve that much. Even with the new GE changes his tech and passing are too low to be used as a winger, tbh you would struggle to play him anywhere to good effect.

Needs more tech for a kick off.

Now this is the sort of advice. I am happy to take. He would actually be my 3rd choice winger.

top one is useless as he has no tech or passsing and won't improve and the second needs more tech but is passable.

I'd wait till week 6-7 of the season and buy some young players with averages across the bored who should cost less than 50k

Would you sell or sack the first one then? He was not bad in div 4 as I packed the box. DIv 3 will be a different matter. The strength in my team ids the young defenders and def/mids. My strikers would be okay but they are all tragic form.

you can sell him. Dont sack anyone unless they are only good for spouting barnacles. Just advertise them and pop them up for sale at lunchtime on a friday. This way they come up for sale on the sunday before a match and you can sell almost anything then. If there is no interest, then dump him...

All these tricks to learn so little time before relegation!!!

I would sack the first one as no-one will buy him at 30. The second one seems ok for III, but will need to be replaced with a youngster when you can afford one. Kipper is right, buy younger players later on in the season, and even if you think your youngsters are not good enough now they must be better than those two guys.
Any midfield position needs at least average passing to be even slightly effective, and they need at least average tech too. But that is just for III and under, you would need higher o get out of III and to stay in II.

Absolute bargain imo. An unearthly def for £677k! And he has a decent level of pace? You lucky,lucky man!

But for £677k? At least it will take a quality striker to go round him, most will get stopped in their tracks!!!

and there are not such technician strikers in Israel..
