lol a week or two ago i bought one for a really low price and the seller refused telling me his talent due to the low price :(

As a rule of thumb, if someone doesn't tell you a players talent, chances are their talent isn't particularly good. At least, that is what you should assume.

luckily this player is not for training but got 2 trainings as i had lack of trainees and he didn't pop..nevermind i'll sell him for him being rude! :D

I got this guy for 79k just now, I need a better winger type player for my team, and am training both technique mainly and some pace training this season. I have a suspicion I may have been robbed but I have also seen players like him go for far more.........opinions?

very good form, tragic tactical discipline

solid stamina, hopeless keeper

i'd say robbed, he looks better cos of the scoring (which actually might help with the new rule changes). As always though depends on talent
2007-10-25 12:56:57
Well I am training scorers but they are due a fair bit of technique training along with pace so I thought he may improve for me. He gets good ratings at the moment so is better than my current players....

As long as you have the cash and he improves your team then you cannot have been completely robbed. Hopefully he gets some good randoms and is really talented
2007-10-25 13:00:31
a hint though is not to buy at this pointof the season wait till week 7+
2007-10-25 13:09:56
That was my plan but I have to train technique and needed to replace an older mid so that the players benefited from the training.

I had a hope for my youth school pull today but he turned out to be the wrong sort of player and last nights injury in the cup forced my hand unfortunately.

Decent price, depends what you get out of him, if you win the league, then definately worth it, problem is age, and lack of tech may cost you.
2007-10-25 22:14:02
yup..lets hope he will close wholes nicely

Think that's ok - you should get a profit on him when his pace is up a few levels.
