Subject: Bargain or Robbed? You decide

2007-10-26 21:42:06
maybe a little but the market is a little crazy at the moment. saying that get a couple of defence pops and you have a bargain.
2007-10-26 22:00:24
I think PM pops are more important.

Anyway, he will not get any of those pops as Edovan is training striker at the moment.

Cost 610k, bargain or robbed?

He will be pace trained for the next 4+ seasons, pretty much until he has divine pace!!

Nicolas Guitton, age: 18
value: 414 150 £, wage: 3 810 £
club: Phils_hotspurs, country: France
divine form, hopeless tactical discipline

weak stamina, incredible keeper
unsatisfactory pace, hopeless defender
tragic technique, tragic playmaker
hopeless passing, hopeless striker

Bargain. Although his gash passing may cause you a few headaches.
2007-10-28 16:32:32
Heh, he probably will annoy me for a while!

Still, there is loads of potential in making a profit on him. A quick question, at the moment, who would the better keeper for me....

That guy or....

Des Portsmouth, age: 20
value: 138 900 £, wage: 2 040 £
club: Phils_hotspurs, country: England
poor form, good tactical discipline

good stamina, formidable keeper
good pace, unsatisfactory defender
hopeless technique, hopeless playmaker
hopeless passing, tragic striker
2007-10-28 16:55:39
A formidable goalie in II is good enough, isn't it? If so, the secondaries must outweigh?
2007-10-28 16:57:07
Well, that was my instinct. I'm not sure either way really though, the form is a fairly bid factor to me.
2007-10-28 16:57:40
The incredible due to form, unless your opponent has quick strikers!!
2007-10-28 17:01:29
Or plans to have any shots at goal.
2007-10-28 17:01:50
Erm, he certainly has at least one quick striker!!

I reckon I will just go for the incredible though, he is the much better keeper in every way apart from pace.
2007-10-28 20:09:29
Cost 2.8 million, again he is for pace training.

B or R?

Michał Czarnecki, age: 23
value: 390 000 £, wage: 4 560 £
club: Phils_hotspurs, country: Polska
outstanding form, average tactical discipline
bookings:

excellent stamina, tragic keeper
brilliant pace, magical defender
good technique, good playmaker
very good passing, weak striker
2007-10-28 20:48:25
Very few players are that good at that age, are they ? I had a similar player last season, paid 2.5 million for him, sold him later for 2.7 million (I needed more than 1 decent defender), so I'd say that's about right.

With pace training, he might be worth 3 million, but probably not that much more.
