Subject: Bargain or Robbed? You decide
Very profound!
Ancient Chinese proverb say:

I heard it somewhere........

Well, I would agree, it has certainly helped my tactical knowledge. However, I wouldn't ever claim it is just that, my midfield and defence is strong and helps a lot in keeping the ball in the opponents half, this then allows me to have more opportunities to create chances.
Its not just me who does this though, I mean Robnob is top of II.02 and he has striker's who are no better than mine in terms of striker skills.

you certainly lifted the bar
can you still get there though?
Who said that I had to be at the bar when it closed ?
psst - There's a-liddle-place-I-know in Shephardsbush that's still open.

Getting to the prem and getting into the top 4 of the prem are two entirely different things though.
Come back and say that when you have the experience!
oh...
oh...
The prem is easy ;) All you need is loads of money.

What he lacks in striker skill he more than makes up for in wasted chances.
Hang on, that's not a good thing...

As I started over a year after most sides in the top 4, its not surprising that they should be a long way ahead.
I wouldn't expect it any other way. To me just getting and perhaps staying in the premiership would be great.

divine :O no wonder your planning training it for a long time! your talking half a season at least for someone of his age to get from unearthly to divine!
talking of divine! im considering training knobby to divine passing while he is young and his talent is at its best! would anyone recommend this? or shall i get his skills high but more even! then train something to divine when he is older?

not looking for a profit! not planning on selling anyone for at least 2 seasons
I've never understood the point of getting anybody to divine. Why not unearthly, so you can train something else and hope for a random?
Surely it's much more worthwhile to make the player more rounded instead of waiting half a season for a single pop?

dunno! some teams say there is not a big difference between unearthly and divine in a main skill, but i suppose if your talking pace and tech then there is.
also divine stands for god like! maybe that makes your player a god :) but I've always like the word unearthly better than divine

They are both uber words.
Actually, uber should be one of the skill orders...perhaps it should be added, so that the poles have something to do?

Well, I say I will train him to roughly divine as I only train pace, no other skills.
To be honest, what I will probably do is train him until he randoms in defender, and then sell after the following pace pop. Not much point in training too much further after that as he will not random again before divine pace when I would have to sell anyway.

uber is german for over. Doesn't really mean anything special does it ?
