about right i'd say, what are you training him in? If its pace then you have a bit o a bargain. he would need to random in his striking for that

i have a 18.7 i think last i checked! but not that bothered as long as i keep to the long term plan they will all be here for a very long time! the only way it will keep low is my juniors coming in!

I am very happy with the 17 year old, for me as a pace trainer he is the ideal player.

You do realise that pace trains 22 players a week, its best to fill all these spots if possible.

He sits in the reserves, I keep him for a few seasons, he gets a bit of pace training and general pops in striker and technique, then I sell him at a tasty profit. In theory.

As you saw, this is the one I'm going to sell now. The way I see it is the new player will be better than this by the time he gets to 25 himself, and if I get more money for selling this 25 year old than I've paid for the new guy, I'm totally quids in and have jemmied up my savings for an awesome defender trainee in the meantime.

Can't argue with that, great logic. The lad would never have been NT anyway :).
