Subject: Bargain or Robbed? You decide

2008-01-23 22:55:03
Totally, i was only trying to point out it was perhaps not the wisest word to use in your daily life, but the foreigners know best!
2008-01-23 22:55:39
anybody still standing?

honestly: nothing rassistic said and imo nothing bad at all said, i cannot see, what went wrong here. i asked leo and it even tells me, that to rape = to rob. i seem to have hurt the feelings of some really political correct persons (i don´t care too much about them), some caring parents (i care more about them) or a man/woman, who was raped (i feel really ashamed then, but it was not my will).

English people are lazy when it comes to languages generally, I include myself in that sweeping generalisation. Most europeans speak 2, 3, or 4 languages. Mariokles has a good understanding of English, but there is no harm in warning him of potential local difficulties. I'm sure he wouldn't use the word in German to his mother though.

I'm going to delete off topic posts after this one.

Bargain or robbed ?

Can't really argue with that price, as use as cannon fodder a few random pops could make him reasonable.
2008-01-23 23:00:57
although you cannot be robbed for 1000 pounds, this is not a good buy imo. you should be able to buy better trainees, with which you can make much more profit ...
2008-01-23 23:02:00
not a trainee, will be sacked in all probability when my cannon fodder returns from his 18 day injury. Or I might sell my injured cannon fodder. Not sure...

Changed the sucject though didn't it ? :)

was just defending myself:/ hate to do that, but necessary sometimes.

what do you have cannon fodder for?
2008-01-23 23:04:50
to protect the first team in injuries in friendlies. I apologise to any veterans of the Napoleonic Wars.

16yo's have to start off somewhere...5 000 $
2008-01-23 23:14:25
if you dont know the talent of the 16 yo's i would recommend not buying them... but its only my opinion...
2008-01-23 23:16:24
Something i don't know then...most 16yo's have unknown talent, so surely worth a stab?
2008-01-23 23:17:55
if you are new, you might not have too much choice:/ it´s a hard time, i seem to forget from time to time.

i guess the 16 yo are ok, if you are training pace to find out their talent and keep the talented as long term trainees. if that is not the plan, you might be doing something wrong:/
