I think 1 week of normal training is equivalent to around 8-10 weeks of random training. I think it works the same as normal training in terms of time played.

I guess no-one will really know, but you are saying that you *think* that I need to play a player for 90 mins to get a full random training session??

It would make sense that way.

From the rules:

In addition to individual training, a general training session takes place. All players that played in the current week’s matches participate in it. The effectiveness of general training is much smaller than that of the individual training session.

Nah. It'd be intuitive if it was based on mins played though. It's so minimal though that it's very hard to work out - I keep track of my random pops but keeping tabs on mins played is way too much trouble; I'd be interested though if someone has/is looking at that.

This player was 625k, I bought him over the xmas period, currently training pace, and then moving onto tech. Was I robbed ?

With more pace he will be awesome!

I'm hoping he will pop to adequate real soon, if he doesn't I'll move to tech anyway and hope he hobbles through the defenders.
