I do ok in the cup, I got to the 5th round last season and am safely in the 4th round this season.

My B side is interesting, they generally have very nice stats apart from the shocking pace, so they perform fairly well.

The biggest issue for me is that I have to play with 11 reserves while most teams I face have 5 reserve trainees and then 6 first XI players fielded in the cup. Thats hard to over-come, if I was playing 6 first XI players in the cup I would be much stronger put it that way!!

Interesting, i guess pace isn't everything as long as they have other stats!

Have you considered having more than 22 trainable players (perhaps even buying a few more players you don't neccessarily intend to train at the end of the season) and using them for the cup?

I guess that could be quite financially draining!

No because only 22 players can be trained and I make most of my money from selling trained players.

i'm assuming you're expecting to score open goal tap-ins only in the prem, after blasting through the defence. He'd be ideal for me though in II.

The price looks about right, maybe a little over for the striker skill.

Idea is he will go well with the Flemster who is the powerhouse striker.

Still, I thought 3.3m was a snip considering I got 3.7m for Lizzraga who is 3 years older and has the same total of striker skills!

Yeah, he's pretty cheap, but is formidable good enough to bang them away in the prem?

What do you guys reckon is the minimum skill level for a striker skill in the prem?
