Subject: Bargain or Robbed? You decide

exactly, buy players who fit your plans i.e. need tech and passing. then sell and move on etc.

this coach is going to cost you 2k a bit high wage for a formidable but combined this with 3 solid assistants for 2k thats 16k a week coach wage! i don't recommend keeping a b squad at div4 try to cut down squad wages as much as possible sack the rubbish and keep a spare fro every position! don't start saying i have very small squad but im now trying to build a b team of only English players and have been planning to for a few months now! but my youth school is not to good!

Gabriel Jurško, age: 50,

trust me i know what i am doing, i got my coaches setup and all costing 14k per saturday wages in total. 14k in players wages, 28k in total. £1275 For stadium, £1200 for juniors. Total expense P.w 31-33k in no time i will making a profit every saturday than losing money. Right now money should be building up and then i might have enough money every season to buy really decent players and my trainees (my current players) all i have to do is wait 3-4 seasons. What am doing now is what I failed to do when I first joined this game and I wasnt successful because i didnt do this things.
I know what am doing, I have studied the market and round about this time, the TM is really taking in money and I will have to be extra careful. And plus my pace training will allow me to discover my player's talent and I will sell the ones that are not talented and buy decent players by then. I have got a plan. Its not like am not listening to anyone but am doing all of this because of my last experience. I now know the mistakes i made on this game and it would be stupid of me to do it again.

What about your head coach...?!

Perhaps newbies can afford that, but you certainly couldn't if you wanted more than 5 trainees or a junior school, trust me!

Just differing advice really, there isn't neccessarily a right or wrong answer when starting up; there are several of each!
