I would say OK but not brilliant as it is so close to his 18th birthday.

his str, tech and pace adds up to 21 which is as good as the best english 17 yo's

Its why I wasn't exactly backing the valuations saying that this dude is worth 1.5 million quid. Ok, he has more talent and secondary striker skills, but not enough to make him worth 15 times more!
