Subject: Bargain or Robbed? You decide

LOL you are like me, I was planning 2 seasons of pace but will probably end up doing just 1 now......oh well I do have a long term plan...it just keeps changing!

I have had the same training plan since I started more or less. 2 seasons of pace followed by 2 seasons of def, then rinse and repeat.

I think with unknown talent they are both quite expensive punts to be honest. The first one, by my calculation is only a formidable at best junior, so talent would certainly not be a given.

I would imagine them to both make you money in 2 seasons though.

unknown talent a tricky one..if he was guaranteed 3.5 or something then definitely..

he was pulled two weeks before, 18yo at the start of the season, he was incredible youth pull, so i think he should be talented [:

plus he is Lithuanian, and I want to have at least one ^_^

Price is not very expensive, and why not to pay bit more for player from your own nation. It´s always better to to train Lithuanians, than Polish for example:)

And look at my fancy new stadium, which is not finished yet ^_^

£750k, was a fresh junior by the looks of it too as no games played at all. Put in a bid then went to bed, checked this morning and no-one else bid on him. Going to get nearly 2 seasons of pace training, bargain or robbed?

Unless he has high talent I would say robbed.

No idea what the talent is, but with a random in striker and tech, plus getting his pace at least to formidable, I figure that at the end of next season he would be worth alot more than I paid? A 21 year old triple formidable striker should be worth £1.2-£1.5m shouldnt he?

Yes I would have thought so, it was a lot to pay though.....only due to the unproven talent. He must have been a high level pull though. ;)

I have sent a mail asking what his talent was, hopefully it will come back with good news :)
