i just sold a 18yr old with solid def/pace/tech and no other stat above hopeless for over 230k... i think i robbed the guy surely?

Probably a bit, but over time he could make a nice profit on him. The buyer probably only trains defender and pace and will rely on randoms to up the other skills. 3/4 seasons of training and he's a nice player.

hopeless or similar passing & pm? even with 2 randoms on each he will still be very naked secondaries wise

Still doesn't affect defender prices so much when the primaries are so high.
