Subject: Bargain or Robbed? You decide

2008-11-25 21:15:45
I had him planned for 2 seasons of striker and then 2 of pace maybe 3.
2008-11-25 21:17:54
Well I just plan loads of pace, no surprise there!

As I said though, after he random pops in technique and striker I may look at selling him on. Probably be the most profitable time to sell I would imagine.

He better be super talented or that is a robbed I'm afraid.

I have watched a couple of better 18 year old players lately with a couple higher total in the in Midfielder skills, and they sold for a slightly smaller amount.

191k...

a bit old perhaps.. but will get a season of tech & passing.. with a few decent randoms? straight out of youth school, but he's got to be fairly talented with that distribution..

Maciej Mierzeja , age 20

Others will question my opinion though. ;) ....but they are just difficult people aka Dylanos and DJ. lol
2008-11-25 23:03:39
I reckon the first one is a great buy, the other 2 to me look like robbed, more so on the 2nd one though imo. Others may disagree though, I just feel for over a million you would maybe want slithly better secondaries? What are you going to train?
2008-11-25 23:03:40
Looks like you have been buying wisely.

They are all small bargains I reckon, decent buys.
2008-11-26 16:57:06
£650k - probably robbed, won't be required for training so bought to be my mai8n keeper for the next 2 seasons, and eventually my reserve keeper I would think.

Adrian Miąskiewicz, age: 28
value: 447 000 £, wage: 7 215 £
club: Longfield Tigers, country: Polska
poor form, adequate tactical discipline

formidable stamina, formidable keeper
unearthly pace, average defender
average technique, weak playmaker
outstanding passing, average striker
2008-11-26 17:25:42
2 seasons worth then he is fine...my only worry would be if he sticks in bad form, but otherwise he is a cracking keeper.
2008-11-26 17:26:25
It's an ok price. But i'd want the keeper to be higher than that in your division and with that wage.
2008-11-26 18:15:51
I have only an excellent keeper at the moment with much less pace and passing.......does ok, but hopefully this guy will do better in some instances?
2008-11-26 18:56:50
Of course. I have got by with just a solid 'keeper since i joined (who fairly recently popped to very good) and he does OK in III. I just feel perhaps he might be a tad weak for II...he certainly isn't going to lose any races.
