You'll need to get his pace up sell him at 23 or 24 to get the £3m back. I think that's an ok price; or just over market value - bear in mind that at 25 or so defenders with those secondaries and >incredible pace sell for £2.25-£2.75m at the moment.

if talent is good thats a nice bargain! we all know you don't waste money :p
