Aye! and still do. to me its pretty obvious that goalkeeping, tackling, playmaking and striker are primary's. the rest are secondaries.

I don't see how the ability to pass the ball can be anything other than the primary skill of a midfielder .

PM - the ability to know exactly where to pass perfectly - without the ability to actually do it is the primary skill of a fan in a pub

i know its a impornant skill for a mid but its still not a primary skill!!!!!

you really think the ability to pass a ball accurately and at the right pace isn't a primary skill for a midfielder...

There recently a player a bit like like this sold

basically a mediocre Mid - he will always hit it in about the right direction not produce amazing assists often - 1 simple swap though

and whilst still hardly a balanced player - he could now be pretty amazing - mostly passing the right way and regularly making the perfect killer pass - far better

I think the problem here is that dale doesn't actually know what a primary and secondary skill is meant to mean. He can't do. I find it funny when i think back to when dale made a comment about my ability to pass judgement in sokker when i hadn't been playing as long as him. Amusing.

i'm not talking about mids!!! im talking primary and secondary skills. the primary skills are goalkeeping,tackling,playmaking, and striking. secondary skills are stamina, pace,tech and passing.

We clearly have different meaning for the word primary

My definition of a primary skill is that it is a non-optional skill for the position (ie pace and defence for a defender - pace, tech and striker for a forward)

It seems your definition is that it appears on the right hand side...

I believe my definition is the standard one in the game and more useful
