Surely players like that are bought for the short term
and with that form a lower skill player could be cheaper and better

A divine, unearthly, unearthly striker sold for £7m earlier this season at 28y/o. Strikers seem to for a fair bit if they're decent, even if they're getting on.

I'm not sure he's worth a penny over £3m at that age and that striker skill. I think it was a good idea to pull out.

Perhaps, I'm not sure exactly what the mentality is when buying these types of players.

In my experience, bidding is generally driven by sheer panic.

tough call, wouldn't touch him with that form probably at only incredible striker.

With good form, his age makes it difficult, but he is an awesome player so would be willing to spend around 2.5-2.8m?

Unfortunately he could be a robbed depending on talent of course, if thats high then hes a bargain. I just fear for you as he has played a fair few times before being sold by the original owner.

That doesn't mean anything surely? It's about normal, perhaps only very slightly robbed.
