Perhaps, but jpk030876 was my mentor back when I started (later than most other top sides) so clearly its not all about when you started.

Most teams that are in div II or above are owned by players that joined in 2005. It's just a simple fact, playing longer more time to make bucket loads of money :-) as you have, extremely well! I spent over a mill on a player for the first time yestarday, exciting times :-D

All I am saying is that its not just about when you started, its possible to catchup.

all this looking for a new challenge stuf phil... how about focusing on training england players?

Its something which I have considered & I will certainly be training more England players.

However, in general I want the best trainees possible, nationality isn't a huge concern.
