Don`t train stamina long time. I see you are just a beginner. 2 weeks at the tops - no need for more. Logically I would say technique, but he is young and if you have something else in plans then go for it.

Are you training defenders? He would become a nice defender. You could easily more than quadruple the profit if you could train defense for a season.

Anyway I hope you have other good trainees too - He is nice. Look for cheap decent 17y from the market.
