I wouldn't really call him a decent midfielder, at least not yet.

He should be pretty decent after a fair bit of pace training though.

orry should have said decent mid trainees... you should get quick pace pops at that level - add 2 levels of randoms over 4 seasons and he will look very nice indedd

You can sit on that until you'll find trainees you like the most,and replace some of your current ones if you get some superstars you want

This season I'm sticking to the plan of pace training. However I think that switching to defender/passing training the season after could be good. I would then be training the best 10 prospects from this seasons pace training, they should be pretty decent.
