I've been looking at the transfer forums, and i'm struggling to find many strikers selling for as much as that, but then again none are as good.

Anyway, don't care that much. just can't wait for him to get fit. will be fun coming up with some new tactics to make the most of him.

I didn't answer as I have no idea, I would guess its a fair price in the end. Hes an awesome player as you say and very little are on the market, especially that good......what do you train?

i thought you might have, and was worried you'd join in the bidding with all that money you have saved up. and to be honest, i was expecting to have to battle up to 11M quid to sign him.

At the moment, i'm training passing, but don't think i have any slots available for him, though i am really tempted to try to push him up to incredible.

I avoid temptation by setting my maximum age to 20 when looking for new players on the transfer market!

From a playing perspective probably about the right sort of money I would say. At 28 always difficult to say though, as soon as he hits his 30 he will be worth in the 5m zone.

Secondaries are nearly identical, the only difference is that your guy is one year older & has 1 extra skill.

Personally I would have gone for the second guy, I train pace ;-)

I would have preferred your guy as I like more Tech and Pace on my strikers.
