made an impulse buy paid over the odds probably as I whacked on 1m and went out... he's 26 but if i can get his passing up 2 levels and pace up 1 by the end of next season he should be a pretty tasty buy? or is he just too old to get that progress? I guess it depends on sub levels... anyway robbed?

he'll do a job for you on the wing if you can get him in some space and wait for crosses. Passing & PM are too low for me at that price.

i know... but for another level of passing tonight players same age with less tech went for 250k more... :(

midfielders go for silly prices - i don't bother looking for them any more, i end up buying defenders with passing instead.

yeah that works for central mids but not ideal on wingers... in fact he is to replace a defender on the wing. ah well, as long as I go up this season he was worth it, if I don't then poo!

If his form will get higher you will probably get at least least least..... 3M for him.. :)

To me it makes little sense that you would pay so much for form, but I guess that there is a short-term desire to see new signing perform well immediately etc.
