I placed my bid of 1 800 000 $ yesterday mornig. Thought it would be outbid. Now I am not so sure about the price anymore. Did I robb myself?:) Thx a million.

I'd argue that you were robbed a fair bit, tech and pm are way too low.

Not robbed at all imo, in fact a decent buy. ;)

@Lostprophets: I dont mind his tech and pm as central back. I wouldnt want him as wingback though. But sure more pm would be nice,tech wouldnt be an issue most of the time in my divison.

propably , but a brilliant def struggles in my division, lots of high tec strikers around here.

Fair enough - my adequates like to make some pretty awful moves - I'd be more comfortable with v. good to excellent pm personally.

I find with new match engine it depends a lot on their position. The more I place them to the center the more silly panic moves they make, but closer to my own keeper they are more reliable:)

He paid just over 1m for a player who is only 24 and could turn into an Unearthly defender with Magical pace, random pops on the other skills will then make him into a really nice defender imo. I would have paid 1m for him, would you not?

yes it is a good buy imo. Looking at maybe a season of pace to get to magical in addition to randoms can turn him into a great defender

no worries mate. I'm in the negatives right now myself. Only reason I shut down my YS is so that I can make a profit each week instead of every 2nd week from a home game.

£150k - was not sure I would get him as I was not around for the deadline. I am concerned I have been robbed now though. Will get pace training for 2 seasons and then not sure whether it will be striker then tech or vice versa.

It's certainly a gamble, but not a very expensive one considering the prices of some 16yo's. Even with atrocious talent what have you lost? Probably £120k.

The recession is going well lol i've got to sell another unwanted trainee and buy a couple better ones in and then im sorted.

After the abuse i gave my youth school 3 of my trainees are my own.

Might aswell keep a couple of spots open for quick money, ban im training pace. Then at the end of season a nice stadium upgrade is called for o think.
