with magical pace he will go for well over 2x his price in 2 seasons - give him one level more keeper and it will be over 3x so not robbed at all imo

He probably couldn't have bought him much cheaper but i don't think there is a great deal of return there considering the time it would take. He certainly won't be magical pace in 2 seasons.

Last night i watched a divine and 2x Magical striker go for £2.1million. :O

He was 29, but thats still a big bargain!

I agree, but he will only be my reserve keeper, my first team keeper is incredible with incredible pace and formidable passing at the same age. He was bought just as back up and to improve my chances in next seasons cup without having to play so many first teamers next time.

that is a hell of a bargain! gives me hope that i may raise enough cash from youth sales to buy a decent older striker in week 12 or 13

He will be an asset in the cup no doubt, just not a fab money maker. He'll do you a job though :-)

top end strikers go for a lot more if you get a price promise first

I have probably overpriced him a bit but he has a nice left side, and you're welcome. Nobody really knows the value, you get a good idea studying transfer ads after player sales though.

I'd be a bid more carefull and say 300 000 $ to 400 000 $, with good luck 500 000 $.

Since new matchengine was introduced high playing def seem to need much more playmkaing or they do a lot of silly things. And his pm and def was simply not good enough anymore.
