Perhaps. Trouble for me is that i'm looking for MID's that i can use as first team trainees. Very expensive for anyone still in their training years but it's difficult to justify their price tag.

Agreed, when you consider that all the other players prices are nosediving because of players who have been selling up and taking the money out of the game, it seems very odd that players who make less difference to a result than strikers or goalies go for seemingly twice the money.

Hm I got a bad feeling about the 1 312 871 $ I paid for him. Thought he was worth more, but no one would bid higher after I placed my bid 2 days ago. Did I rob myself? Will get pace for a while.

I have noticed a drop in certain types of player if they have less than incredible / brilliant pace. I guess he could be one of those. Train him up and see if you can sell him at a profit :)

Why are the transfer prices dropping? Not enough new users joining up?

I think it's down to people selling all their players, and then dropping out of the game. Doing this takes money out of the economy. That said, it's probably a good thing, as the game will become less dependent on transfer fees, which might encourage people to spend more on their stadia.

Great buy imo.
