what are you training?

i will be training stamina this week, but for the rest of the season it is striker and technique training

Pace might be a better choice for that guy.

I think you need to be training pace for him to be a bargain (striker less so).

you need to comit to a training regime for 2-3 seasons, if you train both of those for a while and he is talented you could make some money

No idea. I'm looking to buy complete players for the first team, rather than getting caught in that whole train them up rat race, so that I can concentrate on any decent youths I get in friendlies.
