The transfer compare tool values him at 500k ish, as for whether he's good enough, no idea.
Should do, but the downside is he might get tackled by strikers due to the low tech and particualrly because the low PM means he'll take longer to decide what to do with the ball.

Agree with steelers, shoudl do his job most of the time. At your league level quite a few strikers tend to have defense around 7, vs such guys it would allready be dangerous to use him.
