£77k, again he will get pace this season, then def, then pace again. Tech a bit low again but bonus of decent level of PM. Bargain again i thought? You lot?

Benno Räim, age: 17
value: 43 050 £, wage: 555 £
club: AFC Bramford Lane, country: Eesti
brilliant form, tragic tactical discipline

weak stamina, tragic keeper
average pace, weak defender
weak technique, very good playmaker
hopeless passing, average striker

deffo a bargain as a 17yr old you wont lose on him even if he is untalented

Thats what I like to hear ;) Looking at another couple so will probably sell another first team defender to raise cash for improvement fund.

playmaking is useless while his passig is 'hopeless' not sure what type of player you are trying to build with that training plan for him...?
2007-05-04 23:37:11
a central defender obviously and i dont think playmaking is useless in any position

Hes 17, this is my head coach:

Victor Scarth, age: 43,
wage: 16 215 £
club: AFC Bramford Lane, country: England
outstanding coach

Training effectiveness:
incredible of stamina, poor of keeper
unearthly of pace, magical of defender
unearthly of technique, unearthly of playmaker
magical of passing, poor of striker

So I am expecting a fair few randoms too. I am basically buying cheap now to sell at a very nice profit in around 2 or 3 seasons time. He will have high pace and a decent level of def, and with pm he will only really need tech and passing training, which is where a top league team would buy him to train him in exactly that. If he is even half the talent his previous owner says he was then I will get 10x the amount I paid for him when I sell him. Thats the kind of player I am building.

wow great and affordable

i realise the basic position and i know he's a defence trainer.... what i'm getting at is it seems to be a lot of cash paid for high playmaking/no passing for a defender trainee, would maybe have spent the money on more relevant stats. IMHO

I agree, a defender with high pm and low passing isnt that bad. He knows what he wants to do with the ball, its just sometimes he cant get the ball where he wants. But seeing as most defs just boot the ball out anyway any pm helps :)
2007-05-04 23:43:30
fair enough ;)
2007-05-04 23:44:09
formidable stamina, tragic keeper
outstanding pace, formidable defender
excellent technique, very good playmaker
very good passing, poor striker

this guy had no pace and no defending when i first got him but had reasonable secondries this is the sort of defender i like to builD. All my defenders are well rounded with at least solid in playmaking passing and technique

Nice :P I will give you 10 english pounds, sent through the post :)
2007-05-04 23:46:37
i would say done but then id get kicked out for taking a bung
2007-05-04 23:47:30
thats a sweet player mate. my point was only about pm without passing being useless, not pm for defenders in general.
2007-05-04 23:49:18
i understand what you mean but i still think it is usefull although passing would also help this player. But being 17 if he sells him in say 3-4 seasons and he is talented id expect 1 pop each season on everything random with a decent coach

I have a very decent coach :)
