I think bargain with that age, though easiest to make profit if pm gets trained right away.- Then you would make profit no matter if talent is bad.

According to my calculations talent could be 5 in worst case. But thats very unlikely

If defender was average or better, I would have said a steal. I guess he'll make you plenty of money at 20 / 21 though.

He reminds me of one of those players that could make you a ton of money if trained right/talented enough or he could just flop entirely and struggle to make back the cost of him initially.

Not robbed for sure if you can take the tech level up to solid.
