Subject: Bargain or Robbed? You decide

Definetly!!! Nice signing :)

Maciej Bukraba , age 21
value: 236 250 £, wage: 1 890 £
magical form
bookings:

hopeless stamina,
solid pace,
hopeless technique,
solid passing,
hopeless keeper
hopeless defender
magical playmaker
poor striker

Now here's a dilemma. He cost me 450k, I was the only bid. Must be fairly talented to get to a magical level at 21, i'm guessing his manager had a single skill head coach. With my multi skill head coach, I'm hoping for a lot of random pops, will be training tech and def in the next 2 seasons a lot too.

Seems a bit expensive to me. But if he is talented and responds well to training over the next 2 seasons he could be a decent player, but it will be a long 2 seasons, and I bet you will be tempted to sell him in week 1 or week 2 next season!!

Can only see him making a profit for you with randoms, but can't see him ever being a decent player for you, can't win the ball, and will hardly ever control it.

I bought a player a bit like that a while ago with the same idea - didn't really make very much money at all in the 2 seasons I had him - a 6k transfer "profit" (loss really after fees and wages paid, he was practically useless as a reserve too).

by the end of next season, I expect him to have average / adequate stamina. I also hope that he will have very good passing, and weak defender. I might well have wasted my cash though :).

Ignore those hobos, they know nothing. He'll make you cash, no worries.
2007-06-04 14:16:33
i don't think its expensive. he still young plenty of training time :)
2007-06-04 14:52:55
finally, a bir of common sense, that gibbage has no idea what he's talking about, I choose to believe a fellow series II struggler :)
2007-06-04 15:10:48
Oi I'm not struggling.
2007-06-04 15:14:33
Having checked that you are 3 points and one league position ahead of my relegation threatened side, I humbly apologise.
