My last 16 yr old gamble is still in my squad and is the most talented player I have come accross so far. He pops every 2 weeks, hopefully this guy will come close.......probably not though. ;)

if you train him for a long time bargain if you intend on selling him soon then id say you payed way too much

I would say waste of cash.

Worth keeping if you are training striker for 2 seasons. By then, dependant on talent and random pops you could be looking at a 19 year old with solid pace, tech, and very good striker, and it would be time to move onto pace or tech. Until then though, probably a 2nd stringer. If you're training striker anyway then great, but I probably wouldn't change my training for him.

Cheers guys, I didn't buy him in the end. The seller was quoting a 4 week talent, but when I asked if he could prove it, he said had not had Plus for long enough. I looked at his Plus and he'd had it since June - I therefore decided he was lying and would not risk that much money.

I am trying to rejig my trainees a bit and rteplace the lower talented ones with younger more talented players, ideally I would like English ones, but there aren't many.

paid 39k probably a bit pricey but with 2 and a half seasons of pace, playmaking, passing and maybe a little striking i think i could get quite a nice profit. Also assuming he's pretty talented after popping in stamina and pace the same week.

Stamina is not talent related as far as I know. If you trained stamina all of your players will have received general training, the pace pop just means he was close to popping before you bought him, which is a nice bonus, but no indication of talent. You'll only really know in a few weeks when he starts popping in pace.

you should of bought connor last he was 17 and a 4 week talent in junior school only sold for 4500
