Subject: The Tutoring Project

This is probably the biggest thing I want to ask to our sokker community!

It is...I have to say a challenge...and if you are not up for it ...nobody can blame you!

I have been scouting the III rd leagues and I have seen that a lot of our users either have no idea how to play the game or train, either have made a tactic from buying old players and not train at all!

My request to the more active users is to try and kindly approach these users! Reach out to them and explain why training young players is important for the teams future! Explain them that no matter the strategy unless they train they will never afford to have enough value to get to the premier league! Lets try and get them on the forum! Lets talk to them....if they don't answer or are rude ...be kind and allow them to be rude but keep pushing ... I for one ...would rather have bot teams then users that do not communicate, participate or train!

It does not matter if they train foreign players...at least they understand the game!

I want us to stress them up...they can quit, ignore...I don't care!

If we manage to get 2-3 involved our community has grown!

Who is up for it can send me an sk-mail and I will give them some users....so that we do not all approach the same one...or we can all spam them and they will see how important they are!

no offense, but in my opinion, every user has the right(and not the obligation) to choose their own managerial policy.the real problem that made ​​you think that post would be lack of young talented players ,right?

I am not trying to take away the managerial policy...I am referring to users that have none...log in every 2-3 days and have no clue about training or skills... users that after loads of sokker seasons still get an average rate under 40! Have players that are 25 years and their value is 30k...users like that have no idea about this game...and we are trying to help them discover it!

It's not about young players...its about the fact that out of 185 users...very few know the aspects of this game! I am talking about playing the "full version"...with trainers, finances, and the rest...

It took me over 3 seasons to realize how to not just survive financially in this game and that was because I was trying to cut cost at every corner....like coaches, wages...and it was a lot more complicated then things really are.

If you train (no matter what) and you know how to pick your transfers...you will never have money issues! A lot of these users do not know that...and in order for them to find it they need to ask around, read on the forum...but they never do...

I can provide simple examples of how to start training (not necessarily English players) for cash...and then ...when they have money they can buy the 50 years old superdivine players...I don't care...but they will have a 2nd team that they train...even if just for cash!

If you play a game like this...you must want to get to the premiership at some point, or to win games...games are won with players and tactics...players are bought or trained...however...money are made only by training in sokker. The sponsors, tickets and the rest are just to get around with an average team!

agree with you but for that you need an active forum, not an clinically dead one.everything I learned in this game was from foreign forums, so I'm skeptical about your attempt .anyway, I wish you good luck.

I see what your saying , but I feel it could be worded a bit differently. I also think something like this was done a while ago. New users get a guide on how to play the game and what everything means mailed directly to them.

The forum is open to anyone and I wouldn't say that there's anything to stop them getting involved, hattrick has a very active social side of things, but I find the game crap I did signed up again a couple of weeks ago, but not logged on since.

My real thorn in this game is the silly price youths go for and people make a bomb out of this! There's some very clever people playing this game the lower leagues in Poland, Romania and Turkey have been a real pain in the butt as I'm looking to join them in the youth market lol

My main point is how can anyone get involved in the game and training when any decent youth player to train you are looking at a minimum of 50k plus

I think new users get 250k I beleive and normally 1or2 players out of the 22 worth training or keeping.

This one for example 2.3mill don't get me wrong a really nice player and will become a nice player, but you could go out and get a 2x unearthly defender for the same amount of money from 26yo.

I'm starting to question my insanity at the moment, I've kept all of my signings under a million so far, but may have to increase that to get amongst the real money makers. Can't beat em join em :)
