Subject: question regarding SK

Hi,

Can anyone tell me when SK was last down (offline) or at least where I can get this info - please?

Reason I ask is that I had a player up for sale on Sunday, around 20.30 SK time. I couldn't get online to check the progress. However, once I eventually got on he had sold less than I expected but I noticed the buyer had placed the bid some time before the deadline. Therefore, there was no further bids during the period that I couldn't get online. I just wanted to check if SK was unavailable, which would explain this or did he simply sell for the going rate at that time. I've just noticed players of similar skills or less selling for more.

It was definitely offline as I couldn't log on and I'm guessing due to this was why the matches were delayed by 57 mins possibly to allow players to set their orders? Or maybe it was just to allow the site to "catch up"?

From what I gather there was downtime around that period. Few posts about it on the international forum.

Sold for just over 3mil...I was expecting more and players with similar or less skills were selling for more.

Like I say, the bid on him two hours before the deadline got him. Seems a coincidence that I couldn't get online and there were no other bids.

No one has ever received any form of compensation for downtime, where transfers are affected. I doubt that will ever change, deadlines should really be extended but it doesn't always happen.

You could find a admin and mail them directly.

The general conscious on the international forum is nothing will be done, but I highly doubt any of them have mailed an admin directly and simply asked

Admins can only take, or restore what has been taken, but never give money.

I'll give you a tip always list on a Monday night not Sunday.

Everyone lists on a Sunday which means there's more players to choose from, on the Monday the TL is rather dry so to speak, but also all those players that sold on the Sunday those teams are a lot more wealthier and your player starts looking more appealing to the rather rubbish Monday TL ;)
