I've just stumbled upon this discussion on the Romanian forum...and I thought the info might be useful!

What do you gain from having players at the NT or U21?
Here are the percentages of training a player gets each week:

Legend:
O - official match (cup included)
F - friendly match
NT - NT match (and U21)
/ - half of match

O = ~ 85 - this how we normally train our players!
F = ~ 75 - second squad!
O+O = 100%!!! - this is when the team is still in the cup and the player plays both matches!!!
O+F =~97.5 - this looks good but then you only train your main team...long term is disastrous!
O+/O=~94 - remember this...if he plays only 45 min in the cup ...
O+NT =~94 - WOW!!! - 19% more then playing just a friendly a week. This means that every 5 weeks he gains another week of training! (almost)
O+/F=~92 - WOW!!!
O+/NT =~90 still 5 % better then normal training!
/O+F =~88
NT +F =~88
/O+/O =~85
/O+NT =~85
F+/NT=~82.5
/O+/F=~80
NT+/F =~80
/O+/NT=~75
/F+/NT =~70

Only NT= 50%

So the max bonus from having NT players is 19 %...you might think is not a lot...but think how long it takes to get a player to divine....how about 19% less?

The calculations may not be exact... but people are saying that they are quite accurate! Any opinions?

Now being late and my mind is dreamy...I have to wonder...what happens when a player plays all matches :))

100% - that happens

Those percentages are way too low for friendlies and official matches

Now the cool thing it would have been if they rise like greuceanu :)) (story character that grew in 1 year like others in 7) :))
