Subject: Matches 02/02

Hoping to pick up the second win of the season against a strong bot team. New tactic for the first time in 3 years so anything could happen! Still need to upgrade my strikers, but I'm hoping the ones I have should convert 2 or 3 chances. Just got to hope they don't score more!

I've set a lineup of 11 players....anything could happen...

No chance lol I've just created 4 different versions to cover 5-2-3, 5-3-2 and 5-4-1 with wingers and without

I've got Bensted up front and a shell of a side.

If I can avoid defeat it will be a miracle.

Hooray, we won 3-1 and the top side only drew so we've taken spot on goal difference :-)

3-0 win that will do nicely and the opposition only had one shot

Lost 2-0. Two players suspended really didn't help matters.

See? You will be changing tactics every match if you get results like that ... lol ...

I won 3-1 with Bensted up front on his own (now solid striker) scoring 2 of them.

I drew 1-1 two games ago against the same opposition, that time I did have a striker, and he didn't have his NT net tender.

Yes, formidable striker at best i believe. He still gets training sometimes when playing as back-up MID, hence one of the reasons his skills have held reasonably well.

Getting a bit slow in his old age. I have noticed that tech seems to be a skill older players tend to hang on to. The 34yo midfielder I sold recently clung onto divine tech until a week or so before I sold him.
