Getting a bit slow in his old age. I have noticed that tech seems to be a skill older players tend to hang on to. The 34yo midfielder I sold recently clung onto divine tech until a week or so before I sold him.

Nicely done. Would you say it plopped from superdivine and/or you continued training tech more than other skills? (not including pace).

I think it slows down the decline. Unfortunately i don't think Bensted ever made it to superdivine in a skill.

I did the odd week here and there but not a lot of tech training while I had him. I don't think he ever hit superdivine on tech, but I would imagine he was at least high in it to not plop for so long.

LOL... your team's evolution looks like this:

LOL he just popped to very good striker at the age of 36 !!

? - how is that possible?
I thought once players reached a certain age that they couldn't pop anymore? So that's obviously not how it works then!?!

There is a small element of random training.

I suspect everyone things he plopped the week before, but it was actually 7 weeks ago, which is odd i think.

I suspect he will plop back down again on Monday.

No their progression slow's, but doesn't stop.

If skills are high your normally ok up to the age of 33/34. 35 is when they decline more rapidly.

Keeper skill stays high and passing and tech remains high for longer.

Playmaking and pace I've found to decrease the quickest, but it can be random on some occasions

Pace is always the first to go - and decline in pace can hit from 28. Tends to hit more around 30 in all the other skills. GK I think may be the slowest skill to go.

Balls. After forgetting to set a friendly, i forgot to set a line-up against you.

What a crap week.

Ah bugger!

Could potentially save me from relegation though!

I did watch the game and your formation made my DM's look like attacking Mid's. Need to look into that more closely because if your striker was fit he would of broke through far to easily

It was Bensted up front again! Having said that, i didn't have much i could change as my only striker was still injured...

However, a hopeless and very good defender trainee MID's in defence probably could have been replaced with actual defenders :/

I could have gone top, so it is still close for any one of a number of teams!
