Subject: I think it's time I have a interview!

Why now?
Because if I would do this later you would think I am trying to prepare for elections!

This is about what I learned as an U21 coach!
It's funny you know...I am upset about losing against Hungary...I shouldn't be because they are a lot better then us...but I lost at my hand and that bugged me. Well enough weeping and lets cut to the chase shall we!

I have done many mistakes in tactics and setting lineups as the U21 manager ...but what really bugs me is when I send over 100 messages on Wednesday night to make sure people are reminded about updating their players...and all I want is copy paste...I do all the hard bit...update manually ...and when after all my work I see that people don't give a damn about the U21 (not just ours...its most countries) it pisses me off.

I have players that have not been updated since December last year (when I changed their age) but their skills have not changed...they are not being trained at all some of them...same value over and over. Then right now I just looked at the Hungarian players and it was a rain-check. At the age of 19-20 they have players (most of them) with the same value we do at late 21! And I wonder how we ever win any matches ...NT included...their player pool is so much bigger that is discouraging and we are not talking about Romania or Poland here.

There are about 10 to 15 players actually playing this game in England because the rest have no idea what is going on...normally small communities are easier to get unite they stand together but here...we have some polish players (no harm mates) that I don't think they speak English, or they just do not want to be part of this community...on that basis ...just quit and join a polish league mates! Then there are some other users that have no idea about how training works in this game... for them I say: Just quit already...if in a couple of years you are yet to train a player...this game is not for you...play solitaire...its more fun!

I am pissed and yes I am going at the people that got me here because I want more...I want people to have the decency of reading my messages ...or at least tell me to bugger of...but when I spend a full night writing people I expect some of them to at least open that message (@Phil...love you mate...have no idea if any of your players could be in the U21...they have some nice values however).

We want to compete against rivals and I am upset even when I loose against Italy...who is a force in this game...is it to much to ask that someone else cares about the U21!...to see any reactions good or bad...we lost 3 matches in a row...no criticism? I think there are only 5-6 people in our community that ever talked to me about the U21.

I will spam all of you...I am making a mailing bot...at least I know that I will be on the ignore list :))

Last thing...before I finish my wine...how come all the moppets buy our best players? how did they make the money? As soon as they get sold ...they train exactly what does not help the U21! if they are defenders ...they train striker, if they are keepers they train technique ...WTF?? Take Lovenbury for example ...he had 2 pops since he was sold...our best GK at 21 has those skills since he was 19! How do I change that...how do I fix it...huh?

Since you lot are quiet ...I will answer myself...I will make a shit load of cash and just buy all English players ...at least both the U21 and the NT will then die from my hand...not theirs....its a conspiracy I tell you!

I'll be honest (and it might not seem like much to do as your the current U21 manager) but trying to update players skills every week is a bit of a pain to do especially if those players aren't currently in the U21 team. I might feel differently if all/any of my English "prospects" were actually playing though. All I will say though, at least they are getting defending training.

One last point, that last match was a friendly match so I doubt people check the orders that closely. A WC qualifier or indeed a WC match gets a bit more interest so likely to get the chance of something being spotted.

Is the dream team site still active? If so you can find out who gets the best ratings, saves you a lot of time spamming people.

Used to use that loads back in the day of NT management. Every now and again a new player would pop up that had gone under the radar.

Yes you are right about people dont no how to train (or dont bother and play nigh on 11 oldies) ,or havnt re-read rules , training coaching etc , (tip - 3 assistants are needed, says so in rules yet i no off a few ive since corrected) i thought well i will fly past loads on here fast i aint sayin nish, but now i find myself telling a few because they play it to win dont train or some dont even have a junior school umph! and i dont want our national sides crippled either , then there's quite a few big clubs left the game, just wish i could get a few nice juniors through or find 1 to buy 1.

You are right they shhould just leave because they are the ones makin it hard for newcomers to train they end up in old player wars to compete, in my book they are a division too high , drop a Div. train younger players, make money, buy better younger players, come back stronger
