Bryan Robson to All
Hi
If successful , i will be really trying to get all the users from England that hav'nt got a junior school to open 1 up, & try harder to get more users

The England under 21 job is much harder these days without the users but it can only get better if the above is implemented. If it looks like the current crop are going to fail i will start with a few of the younger ones, making sure there is some improvement in the future.

I love this game & dedicate alot of my time to Sokker, please use me!

England struggled in the qualification in the past season. Is there anything you would have done differently?

Also as it is a season of friendly matches coming up, what would you look to achieve during this time?

Im sure i'd of beaten O‘zbekiston and should of Hong Kong aswell... so looking at Q's tactics id of gone for those games abit more.

With regards to the friendlies i will get used to the role whilst finding the best 20yo's and unders for the season ahead either for the next manager or myself if im lucky enough to keep the job.

You might have struggled to score goals which was our problem in the whole U21 campaign as our forwards weren't any good.

Anyway, apart from trying to get everybody in England opening up a youth school, what other things are you intending to bring to the table?

If you can spark some interest in our community then you would have done really well as there is a lot of apathy right now.

Good luck!

Could have a few different tactics and different style of players for certain games.

Yes i will try & get more people involved in the forums

Thanks.

I like your plan!...some countries have a few users devoted to national players training and that matters a lot for the NT teams.

I will try to help as much as I can so if its ok I would like to remain as staff in the U21 (scouting)...that is if you or who ever wins the elections want me :)

It was a tough season for us, missing players in key positions but I cant blame it all on that...sometimes my luck was just too much and it gave me an "angry" approach when it came to tactics.

My question: what style of play do you prefer? Do you have any formation preferences?

Thanks Qstarw

Yes i would want you as a scout! your experience in the under 21 role is very important to me.

I do prefer a more attacking style, but i also tuned into the whole ghost number 9 player like Spain were doing for 6 years in real life.

It's all to do with the original tactic you use of course. if you beat teams with it you can be 2-0 or more (maybe) by the time it's about 65mins bring some more defensive players (changing tactics at this point to slightly more defensive) or if loosing more attacking players and tactics.

It all depends on the team you are playing along with the tactic you use to start with and wether you think you might win with a certain tactic or not etc.

I've kept an eye on your team over the years and you have tried to devote your team to the under21's and i no it's affected your league position, i've also noticed TCD_UK doing a similar job with his team.

i too will do this to save England's national team, i will also be asking my assistant manager to do the same:

Qstarw - Scout for players & has much previous experience

Geddin - Tactical scout & tactioner (he is used to getting results from better teams than him , somthing that will come in handy with England)

Nothis - Asisstant manager (has friends in division 3, to help with junior schools, can help abit with scouting them)

Nothis maybe slightly controversial given his connections with U21 Scotland?
2014-07-17 17:27:40
I am sure he would be professional about it and would'nt want to let me down either.

I can let the people decide......

Probably wouldn't be an issue - after all even if he did pass across info it would achieve very little.

Nothis is a good man!!!!! He is a pro so I would have no issue in trusting him!

Btw!!! Quite a few promising players in the academy these days...you will start with lots of potentialy good players next season!

Antony Summerfield 17 unearthly [16] outfield - coming out next week...popped like a charm every 3 weeks!! (mine)

Dennis Arnatt 17 magical outfield - out in 3 (piotr2901)

A few 16 years old came out last weeks also!!! Lets go ENGLAND!!!

Jeees they are top players!!! well young 17yo's, that's where they all are! , can i have 1 please!!

atm i've nothing to shout about but my latest best was 18yo brilliant (Butler) , and im going to have noone better than that with what i've got :(

So you had them aged 16 for 17 weeks? (therefore you got him week 1 the unearthly 17yo) must have been formidable junior straight away to get to unearthly? 3 weeks a pop

Best i've had is solid aged 16 with 32 weeks on him got him to Magical

Or are they now actually 18yo?

I got 4 tragic!! juniors today 3 out school within 14 weeks www.pointless.com
im getting noone these days :( even when i do the skills are totally skewed

Anyone without a junior school that plays in England it's somewhat your fault (& ongoing bad luck) i will be asking you untold to open junior school if i get the U21 job!

thanks for comments from mr gibbage and q-star, if given an opportunity to help england u21 came up, then i would be the joe jordan to harry rednapp :) you guys know if given a job to do then you give 100% was given opportunities by q-starw but never had much time to try and help the brilliant job he was doing. i think if mansid gets the u21 then if gets the support shown from managers same as i had from some scottish managers then england will be an even bigger force to be reckoned with(even greater if can involve q, mr gibbage, tcd ,geddin and more of our leagues top managers) good luck but i think we are going in the right direction with what q has built on.

i cant think of any manager better than mansid to bring through u21,s ..its his dream.... i only hope he has the support of the previous manager who done a fantastic job, we should be bringing through juniors early to build for the nt...follow mansid and his beliefs ......it is the way ahead....
