Bryan Robson to All
If a midfielder plays in midfield for his users team then plays as a striker for the international side and im say training technique for mids will this hinder his extra training that he gets in the national team.

Thanks in advance.

If a player plays a different order (def mid att) in the NT game to the club games, then the training boost from playing the NT game is lost. Doesn't matter so much at full NT level but can be a real difference maker at U21 to get the training boost, especially weighed up against increased risk of injury.

How much extra training does a player get on top of his 90 mins league game played when he plays 90mins international aswell?

eg: is it more than 10%?

It's 10% at most, might be about 5% extra. Not a lot on the grand scheme of things, but at U21 it is all about marginal gains.
