Subject: U21,s

Does anyone else agree that the new u21 coach has so far successfully brought the u21,s forward? Q had a great spell as u21 manager and I think smith has done well to try and encourage managers to bring through more talent. I had 1 season in charge of the Scottish u21,s and it's not easy unless u have the support of the nation u are representing. I for 1 are getting more involved in my juniors and look forward to their pops as much as my first team.i did think q would do well at Canada, but think think the man in charge is heading in the right direction....I'm Scottish but we have a big match coming up soon against the auld enemy,get behind smith and look to qualifying next season.

Who is Smith? Is it someone who has changed their username recently? Never heard of him.

I'll i've seen from him personally is a bit of disrespect.

Why the constant username changes I don't know.

I did say to some why because thought i had a chance of getting my name as a player like mc_gibbage has and ermejo has.

As i now no it to be someone asked someone to add there name or they added there own when they could i changed name back to save the confusion.

Really neither of said players should exist.

How come they do then? if i was'nt U21 manager i doubt i would have seen them nor changed my name..

People having access to the names db who in reality shouldn't.

not the response i was looking for.......all people who have tried being NT or u21 will know it takes a lot of time,scouting and updating. i had some managers helping me which was appreciated a lot and i think a lot of experience is in england and could go further.

I wasn't referring to NTs. I was referring to the sokker names database which is nothing to do with it. Those lovely people with the stars next to their names, are generally those with access to that.

I should know more about NTs than most, seeing as I did 3 different NT jobs over the course of 6 seasons. Although that is irrevant as the names database and the NT ones are nothing to do with each other.

erm... still not the answer i was looking for........... ?? :P
