This is a strange week, on reflection I have 3 x 16 yr olds and while none are in the school long they all are at an ok level potentially. Keen will be sacked but I am unsure on Ferdinand and Decker. What do others think?

I ended up sacking Ferdinand and Decker as I have a lot of youth in my school for the first time in as long as I can remember so I need some space. To get 3 x 16 yr olds with not long on each seems quite nice this week anyway.

5 juniors, 3 sacked. 1 passable 17 year old and a very interesting 16 year old Good coming in 7 weeks.

I think that's about right, you've kept the 3 I'd have kept.

A good 16 yr old with 7 weeks might be very nice! Fingers crossed. I don't know why but since being in the youth league again I appear to be getting better youths than I was, might be totally wrong but it just appears that way.

3 short 16 Yo's all starting above average is pretty much the best you can hope for.

I thought so too, initially I hadn't noticed. It would be nice if one of them is talented and trainable :)

I am sure there is some sort of rule which makes a 16 yr old at a certain level talented as when I look at u21 teams at NT level there are simply loads of 16 yr old pulls that have a minimal value when initially sold, and they become monsters.

My training regime is not the best so happy for him to improve somewhere else

It's all about that talent, and there is nothing like a 16yo talented pull. They will always become better than older higher skilled players, it's just a gamble, and why you see such high prices for these kinds of players.

This is my junior school currently, I have never had so many youths, the SK Tables has made me keep far more than I used to due to the predictions of what they may come out at level wise. I do have a Magical due in 3 weeks, he has talent confirmed between 4 and 4.4 so not brilliant is it? I haven't had a magical pull for seasons and seasons, I can't remember the last one in fact. I just can't work out if the talent is that great, also I guess the skill distribution with be the make or break thing.
