It will be interesting to see what they come out like. Bale and Davies especially maybe very nice and make me have some awkward decisions. I believe Harrison will be an early season excellent, he may also give me tough decisions. I have Sherringham who at 27 is due to stop training effectively but I need to work out after that if I replace others. I have 2 x 26 yr olds after that as my eldest but then a big gap to 2 x 21 yr olds and the rest are 18 yr olds on the whole. All the 18 yr olds are very talented and very nice trainees, Collymore is maybe the only one that could be replaced, merely because he came out as an excellent.....and is slightly lower in level. Rice is a keeper so not expensive to lose, but again very talented and becoming a nice keeper and quickly. If he goes up 4/5 levels this season he will be a magical keeper with decent enough secondaries and maybe useful for the u21. I have never trained an actual keeper in anything other than pace though so I am a bit unsure. Freedman I want to keep training if possible.

I don't have a lot this season, Josh Parry is my big hope and I'm keeping a training spot open for him. Ollie Sussex could be very valuable but not particularly useful to me.

Next season is another matter. Seymour and Brittain could be fantastic players, Fairclough is predicted Divine with ridiculous talent even if he is 20, Miley could go either way and Thwaites has potential despite dropping 2 levels this morning.

If I were you id be tempted to try Sussex out if he gets half decent distribution!

My competitive streak won't allow me to keep players under 18, especially if I don't know their talent. I'm quite happy to take the money and run.

There are some absolute monsters out there that come out as early 16 yr olds! They improve so quickly.....

True but if he's got no talent then you're losing out on potential millions by not selling early. I'm quite happy to let him be someone else's gamble.

I had just 3 join today, am 18 yr old and a 17 yr old sacked as awful and the guy below with the authentic English name I have kept.
