Possibly, but as he's coming at Divine he should be near 10's across the outfield positions. He won't be a monster but with that talent he should walk into the U-21s, as long as the distribution doesn't screw him on Pace or Tech.

His potential is excellent which I don't get at all.

Talent isn't relevant to the grade. Only level and age.
