my youth school is rubbish, just keeping them to play in youth league...

3 joined, 3 sacked. Have absolutely nothing good for weeks, nothing capable of even making up numbers to play in the league. lol

I had 1 join today. He was no good.

After weeks of getting not many entrants I get 6 this week. Most of them absolute rubbish and trashed, the fact it is the end of the season doesn't help them either. Xavier Otto week 1 would be lovely but this stage of the season....in fact having looked they are all trash. :/

The best Xavier Otto would come out as a mid 19 yr old and not that high.

I got 3. 2 were tragic. 1 was 16 but he got binned too

I generally try to keep everyone for a few weeks but they're all getting sacked after Thursday.

I got 2 crappies today.. but school overall looking good

Think I'll put the U-19s ranking up shortly. We have some very good players at every age, but maybe not enough of them. Still it looks pretty healthy.

Junior Uptake 47% (31/66 - joined from a max of 66)
16yo 32% (10/31 - number of 16yo's / total juniors joined)
Retention 29% (9/31 - juniors kept as of writing)

Might start doing this moving forward, would be nice if others followed suit...let's actually see who is lucky(!) put your stats where your mouth is.

I don't track it consistently but I think it'd make an interesting new topic for next season.

Where have you got those figures/stats and there’s not really anything that’s shining out atm as very good.

Certainly your 16yo intake is average. But most of my 16yo's were tragic. I'd like to put an average skill in too.

As for your 58% uptake, it's high compared to me but we don't have a baseline to know if that's good or not.
