Certainly your 16yo intake is average. But most of my 16yo's were tragic. I'd like to put an average skill in too.

As for your 58% uptake, it's high compared to me but we don't have a baseline to know if that's good or not.

WDP has 9 sales in excess of £1m for first sale.

I don't currently have 1. Although prob have 8 if I sold some off.

Fair enough…..I have kept most 16 yr olds to see if they have talent. At the moment I only have 2 in my school that might be worth something in the end. My youth school last season really was productive though after a long spell where it wasn’t. ;)

Hasn't been a good season but then I made plenty last time. Next season should be better.

I'm jealous... -435k this season, -479k last season. At this rate I'll be better off just shutting it down lol

2 juniors joined today, an 18 r old sacked on the spot. The other was a 16 yr old adequate GK with 32 weeks called Harvey Gascoigne who has stayed....I wish this had been a couple of weeks later.

I have 3 with "super talent" now, time will tell if that sticks. Unfortunately, only one of them has much promise. The other 2 are too old.

I have a 20.4yo tracking as divine, and a 19.6yo tracking as magical. Great for the Junior Prem i guess :/
