You really do set up the jokes about you being lucky by, umm, being lucky :)

Here's my only intake.

If Solanke is talented then he will be the best, but thats a big IF still ;)

Lamdolo and Branagan are not great as would come out virtually 19 yrs old and mid 18 but only excellent potentially.

According to the program if talented Solanke could be an outstanding 17.7 yr old.....but again thats a big IF it's correct. :)

If you all want to see who is lucky and unlucky with youth schools, please post your full stats each week.

i.e. post all the players that arrived on Saturday, including their age and skill on arrival, and whether you sacked them straight away.

wdp - 13/12 i need the skill level of the 18yo you sacked.

It will be a surprise to absolutely nobody that 3 weeks in, wdp has had the biggest number of juniors join out of everyone...

I am being vilified and abused constantly by you two now :p

Anyway quality over quantity is much more important, I would rather have 1 fantastic junior a season than 7/8 mediocre ones. Facts are I didn't have anything trainable for 5/6 seasons and recently my luck changed. I would love to know the actual figures for my youth school since I started the game as in income/expenses.

Thanks for the update. Part of the reason for gathering stats is for discussion, seeing what criteria people follow for letting people go.

I think I am quite strict on who i'd keep, but I would certainly not sack that 16yo if it were me.
