1. there's no difference between ages, the talent in YS is always stable, 16 and 20 have the same one
2. it's impossible to have an actual pop after 2 weeks in YS

best possible talent is 3.0, some years ago the talent in YS was 100% correct [no randomness from coach assessment like now where the level goes up and down] and there were no pops after 2, lowest possible was 3

I know you were discussing that skill levels in junior schools do not advance irrespective of age, which did surprise me somewhat at the time, but I've probably forgotten, as that's the juniors talent, like a have a fast popping 25yo

He's not great but he's come through your own junior team, so worth giving him a chance. Excellent level as a 17yo ain't too bad suppose.

He's not a priority striker, so he'll get what is better for the other ones I'm training. Currently striker. If he's talented he could be handy.

Means I can ship out another older trainee though, one who will never be worth mega money.
